Data collected and purposes

Booking

When you book, we collect your last name, first name, email address, telephone number (optional), stay dates, number of guests and any message you send us. This data is necessary to perform the rental contract and to account for the tourist tax.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No bank card data passes through this website or is stored on it. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for those operations.

Contact form

The name, email and message you send are used only to reply to you.

Legal basis

• Performance of the contract, for booking and payment data;
• Legal obligation, for keeping accounting records and the tourist tax;
• Legitimate interest, for replying to messages received through the contact form.

Retention period

• Booking data: the duration of the stay, then accounting records kept for ten years;
• Contact messages: three years from the last exchange;
• Technical server logs: twelve months at most.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the website publisher and to the concierge service in charge of welcoming guests. It is passed to Stripe for payment processing and to our email provider. It is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookie and uses no third-party tracker. The fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to an external service during your visit. No consent banner is therefore necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write tobonjour@nakama-house.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL,www.cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Booking data is stored on a server with restricted access, and backed up regularly.
